Mike Golic of the mike and mike show is the classic dumb sports jock, how he is even on the radio is beyond me, what a stupid show, the big dumb sports jock and the little wimpy sports geek, a match made in heaven, or hell.

How about a The Boston REDSOX? They have actually been successful in THIS century as compared to the other teams listed! The Washington Nationals??? How about the Leland Little League All Stars? They at least draw more than 100 a game.

I live in Raleigh and was so happy to move here because I am a big packman fan! I begged for that show for 4 years in Wilmington. You guys would be fools to get rid of his show. Best show in the south. If i ever come back it better be on!

Who in the hell wants to see the Atlanta Braves. I became a Yankee Fan listening to the 630 radio broadcast. They are always in the race for the American League East Title. When is the last time that the braves were in contention on a regular basis. Forget the Braves.

How about an option to hear every game. They did make it to the World Series and there are a lot of Durham Bulls players on the Rays. Speaking of the Bulls, why not air some Durham Bulls games too. They are the best minor league team in the state.

This station has been so much better this year. Yeah it still has problems here and there, but overall it has been soooooo much better than it was a year ago. Is it possible to bring back a local show w/o Bullet Bob? There is still room for improvement.

Is it possible to pick up the Carolina Hurricanes broadcasts? It is the only PRO team in the Carolinas to win a championship. I also agree with dropping the Yankees games, my radio goes straight to another station as soon as I hear the game come on.

Hi guys, T.J. again. A few years ago, we TRIED to replace the Yankees with another team. We held a vote among all listeners and the overwhelming favorite was the Yankees. Like it or not, more people want to hear them than don't. You guys are the minority.

Yesterday I learned that the Chinese government is asking (telling) bars and other establishment near the Olympic village not to serve Blacks and Mongolians. This strikes me as odd. I somewhat get the Mongol thing. For the last 5000 years, they have invaded several times, finally forcing them to build the Great Wall. Blacks, on the other hand, have no history with the Chinese. As far as I know, China is not high on the our vacation destination list. There are no plans for Freaknik to happen in Beijing anytime soon. Other than dunking on Yao Ming, I really don't know what offenses we could have commited. I watched "Blazzin Saddles". We worked side by side on the railroads out west. I eat Chinese food at least once a month... hell, I have frozen stir fry in the freezer right now!!! Any insight would be appreciated. I really dont wanna boycott Peking Wok over this!!!!

Hey guys, It's your old buddy T.J. Cutini here. I just saw the new site and I think it's FAN-FREAKIN-TASTIC!! Great job on it! It looks a heck of a lot better than the one we had up when I left WMFD. Nice work. As for you guys commenting about wanting another local (other than Packman) show on WMFD, the only way you're ever going to make that happen is by letting the General Manager know about it. NextMedia's current GM, Dave Patella, was a big fan of the show Kolby and I did when we were there. He told me this on a number of occasions. Truth be told, if he was our GM back then, I probably wouldn't have ever left. I worked for him early on in my radio career at Cumulus Broadcasting and he was a great boss. The management we had during my tenure at WMFD was...not good. That's what made me look elsewhere for employment. So if you want a local show, call or e-mail David Patella and tell him so! As for Primetime with the Packman, I was SO excited when I learned that the show was being added to the WMFD lineup. I tried so hard to get that show on our station when I was there but was always met with resistance from all directions. I knew the show from when I lived in Charlotte so I knew how good it was. I'm glad to see that you guys are enjoying it. As for me, I'm loving it living in the Triad area. My wife and I just bought a house in Kernersville, NC. I'm about to start my 3rd year as network studio host on the Cal Bears radio network at ISP. I saw UNCW is playing a basketball game at Wake next year. Can't wait to see my Seahawks in person again. Let's hope Bullet Bob doesn't make another appearance. The last couple of times they've tried a local show it ends up being a rehash of the espn airwave from earlier or New York sports. There doesn't seem to be enough to talk about locally for even two hours. Just a bunch of necks calling their buddies on the air.

Prime Time with Packman is good. It would be great if I lived in Charlotte, Raleigh, or Columbia since that is all they talk about. We need someone to talk about local events. A passing mention of Seahawk baseball does not make it a "local" show.

hey dude not to be rude, BUT the primetime with the packman show is local and should have been happening in Wilmington years ago. Of course the day I move away they get it. Feel lucky because only the big cities have the show. I wish we had it when I lived in the dub. 3-7 is the best time on the radio!!!
